Flat_1 Luxury Residence — Sarjapur, Bangalore

Project Overview

Client: Family residence in Sarjapur. Scope: Full interior fit-out for 3BHK — living, dining, kitchens, bedrooms, wardrobe systems, lighting & bespoke furniture.

Duration: 12 weeks (design + manufacturing + installation). Key objectives: maximize daylight, integrate storage, premium finishes with local sourcing.

Challenges & Approach

The apartment had deep plan living and limited storage. Our approach prioritized layered lighting, vertical storage solutions, and a compact modular kitchen with integrated appliances — all executed with a focus on material longevity and visual calm.

Design Highlights

• Modular kitchen: U-shaped layout with engineered stone countertop, soft-close hardware, and hidden appliance bays.
• Living & dining: bespoke joinery, accent panelling and a neutral palette with gold accents for warmth.
• Bedrooms: built-in wardrobes, upholstered headboards and layered lighting for ambience.
• Materials: teak veneers, quartz counters, textured limestone tiles and matte hardware for durability.

Outcome & Client Feedback
